Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategic planning, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with client needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications :
• Strong business acumen and expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in project management, engineering consultancy, or related industries
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience in drafting and managing business proposals and contracts
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
• Prior experience in the Cairo market and understanding of local business practices is a plus
